The Saracca is the medieval heart of the village: stone stairways, narrow alleys, and beautiful courtyards are waiting to be discovered.

On Easter Monday, the village hosts an informal lunch with live music and local wines accompanying the day.

How it works

You purchase a tasting carnet and stroll between the different food stations.

At each stop you’ll find a traditional Piedmontese dish paired with a glass of local wine.
You walk, taste, enjoy… and before you realize it, the evening has arrived.


🛍️ Cherasco Antiques Market

On the second Sunday of May, the historic center fills with antique treasures displayed under arcades and among the town’s beautiful Baroque palaces.

The Cherasco antiques markets date back to the 1980s and have since become one of the best-known events of their kind in Italy, attracting collectors and vintage enthusiasts from all over.

A perfect day could include:

  • browsing the antique market

  • tasting the chocolate that made Cherasco famous 🍫

  • enjoying an aperitivo

  • lunch in one of the town’s restaurants, well known for their traditional snail dishes 🐌


Vinum Alba 2026

During Vinum, Alba transforms into a widespread wine tasting experience: strolling through the historic center with your tasting glass, you can freely choose the wines you would like to sample.

How to organize your day

Treasure Hunt in the Langhe

📍 starting point: Alba

The adventure begins in Alba and allows participants to discover the most beautiful corners of the Langhe through games, guided visits, and food and wine tastings.

Among the stops, in addition to the participating wineries, there will be visits to the Vinum pavilions—taking place during the last week of April and the first week of May—as well as cultural landmarks throughout Alba and the Langhe area.

This year, for the first time, a family itinerary will also be available: a route entirely dedicated to families with children, featuring activities designed to help both adults and kids discover the territory together.
