It’s the season of the International Alba White Truffle Fair, which this year — from October 11 to December 8, 2025 — returns under the evocative theme “Deep Respect”.

A world to explore with all your senses

The Fair is more than an event: it’s an immersive experience. The world market of the Alba white truffle, held in the town of Alba, welcomes truffle hunters, connoisseurs and enthusiasts from all corners of the globe.

But around it lies an entire universe of experiences: cooking-shows, “Unusual Dinners” with Michelin-starred chefs, guided tastings, cooking classes at the Castle of Roddi and sensory sessions devoted to Tuber magnatum.

Folklore, Art and Tradition: a Fair that moves you

This event is also a celebration of music, history and local spirit. In the centre of Alba the Truffle Bacchanal fills the streets with flag-throwers, historical costumes and vibrant re-enactments — a living tribute to the land and its people.

Art plays a leading role too: the Church of San Domenico hosts works by Valerio Berruti; Enzo Mastrangelo exhibits in the atmospheric “Coro della Maddalena”; the Civic Museum dedicates a tribute to Pinot Gallizio — avant-garde artist from Alba.
