Walking through our park, you will meet two sequoias transformed into sculptures: a man and a woman looking at each other, carved from wood and time.
Art continues even beyond the Resort: in Verduno, at the end of September, the Verduno Atelier project opens the doors of artists’ studios, offering a chance to meet them and discover their creations. Valerio Berruti’s sculptures and paintings enrich the town, and this year his works are shown in Milan at Palazzo Reale and in Alba in the church of San Domenico, for the “More Than Kids” exhibition. Berruti is also specially connected to us: he is the author of some of the labels of our winery and of the Fratelli Alessandria logo.
Wine: a territory to discover in the glass
The Langhe are synonymous with wine, and the glass becomes the key to discovering a territory unique in the world. Here you can taste the great protagonists: Barolo, undisputed king of the hills; the delicate and spicy Verduno Pelaverga, the identity wine of our village; the fruity Dolcetto d’Alba, the elegant Langhe Nebbiolo and the smooth Barbera d’Alba.
Each sip tells a story of spicy elegance, of tradition, and of harmony between man and nature. This is the reason the vineyard-covered hills of Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato have been recognized as a UNESCO heritage site.
